Services, in practice
What is included in the weekly rate?
The whole villa with all its spaces, plus electricity, water, pool heating, Wi-Fi and household linen. The concierge service is included: it organises without charging for its coordination.
Which services are charged extra?
Five, at published prices: private chef €1,900, transfers €480, daily housekeeping €900, spa and treatments €1,200, private evening €3,500 — for the week. End-of-stay housekeeping (€650), which is compulsory, and tourist tax are added.
Is a private chef really cheaper than a restaurant?
Often, yes. For fourteen people, €1,900 for the week compares with fourteen covers in a restaurant twice a day. Add the driving time and the fact that nobody has to drive home.
Can services be booked after the villa?
Yes. The simulator on the Book page lets you add them to your estimate, but nothing is fixed: the concierge adjusts until a few days before arrival, subject to supplier availability.
Does the concierge arrange outings?
Yes: a boat trip to the Lavezzi islands, diving, a walk in the Bavella needles, a tasting at the neighbouring Torraccia estate, restaurant bookings. That coordination is included in the rental.
Can we bring our own staff?
Yes. The self-contained lower-level studio sleeps up to four people — nanny, chef, housekeeper — without taking a bedroom from the group. Their presence must be declared before arrival.
