Five, one of them for the children
Every bedroom has its own bathroom: three generations can share a week without negotiating over the shower. The children's room was designed for them, not improvised by adding a spare bed to a study.
Pool, maquis, summer kitchen
The infinity pool, the shaded terraces and the summer kitchen make up the real living room of the summer. The 5,300 m² are enclosed: children move around with no passing cars and no neighbours.
The house does not empty out
Cinema room, gym, private club, wine cellar. In Corsica, two or three days of easterly wind turn up in every July week. The house holds everyone's attention without anyone suggesting the shopping centre.

The pool is not supervised
The pool is an infinity design and the grounds are enclosed, but no arrangement replaces an adult watching. It is the point we raise with every family with young children, and it appears in the rental terms.
Nanny, chef, grandparent
The service studio is self-contained. It houses a nanny or a chef without taking a bedroom from the group — up to eighteen beds in total, to be declared before arrival.
June and September for families
The sea is already warm in June and still warm in September, the beaches are usable at any hour, and the rate falls from €20,505 in August to €10,906 — enough to pay for the chef and the transfers.
A family stay, in practice
Is the villa suitable for young children?
Yes, with one caveat: the infinity pool is not supervised and no arrangement replaces an adult. The 5,300 m² of grounds are enclosed with no passing cars, and Saint-Cyprien beach, ten minutes away, shelves so gently you can stand a long way out.
How many people can stay?
14 guests in five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of them a children's room. The service studio takes the total to 18 beds for a nanny, a chef or grandparents. Any excess must be declared before arrival.
Can we bring a nanny or a chef?
Yes. The service studio is self-contained: it houses staff without taking a bedroom from the group. The concierge can provide a private chef (€1,900 for the week) and daily housekeeping (€900).
When is the best time to come with children?
June and September. The sea is warm, the beaches stay usable at any hour, and the rate falls from €20,505 in August to €10,906 a week. In July and August the southern beaches are saturated between eleven and five.
Is there enough to keep children occupied on site?
Cinema room, gym, pool, 5,300 m² of enclosed maquis. That matters on easterly wind days, which occur in almost every summer week and make some beaches uncomfortable.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not accepted, and the villa is non-smoking indoors. Neither rule admits exceptions.
