Villa Terra, the first questions
Where is Villa Terra?
On the heights of Lecci, southern Corsica, close to the Torraccia estate. Allow fifteen minutes to Porto-Vecchio, ten to the beaches of Saint-Cyprien and Cala Rossa, and thirty-five to Figari airport.
How many people does the villa take?
14 guests in five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A self-contained studio on the lower level sleeps up to four more people — household staff or family — for a maximum of 18. The detail is on the capacity page.
When does the villa open?
April 2027. Bookings for the first season are open: the concierge confirms availability and holds dates.
What does it cost to rent?
From €10,906 to €20,505 a week depending on the season, for the whole villa Saturday to Saturday. End-of-stay housekeeping (€650) and tourist tax (€4.40 per person per night) are added. The full grid is on the Rates page.
Can a single bedroom be rented?
No. Villa Terra is let as a whole only and takes one group at a time. The 530 m² and the 5,300 m² of grounds are reserved for your group throughout the stay.
Is the villa suitable for business use?
