The whole villa with every space: 5 bedrooms, pool, cinema room, gym, private club, wine cellar, pool house and the 5,300 sqm of grounds. Electricity, water, pool heating, Wi-Fi and household linen are included.
Three items only: end-of-stay housekeeping, a €650 flat fee; the tourist tax, €4.40 per person per night; and the optional services you choose. No booking fee, no platform commission.
Night by night. Each season's weekly rate is divided by seven, then applied to each night according to its date. A stay from 10 to 17 July 2027 therefore includes 2 nights in high season and 5 nights in peak season. The simulator on the Book page shows the breakdown by season.
