Rates, booking, your stay

How much does it cost to rent Villa Terra per week?

Renting the whole villa ranges from €10,906 in low season to €20,505 in peak season (August), for one week from Saturday to Saturday, for up to 14 guests. Intermediate seasons are €12,208 (mid), €16,506 (high) and €19,005 (very high season).

What is included in the rate, and what is extra?

The rate covers the whole villa, every space included: 5 bedrooms, pool, cinema room, gym, private club and pool house. Added to it are the end-of-stay housekeeping fee (€650) and the tourist tax (€4.40 per person per night). Optional services — private chef, transfers, daily cleaning, spa, events — are billed separately.

How many people can the villa accommodate?

Villa Terra sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms. A separate staff studio can be opened for a nanny, chef or housekeeper, bringing total capacity to 18 beds depending on configuration.

What deposit is required to book?

A booking is confirmed with a 40% deposit of the total stay. The balance is settled before arrival. A firm quote is always issued and confirmed before any payment is made.

Is the villa only available by the week?

Yes. Villa Terra is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday, and always as a whole: one group occupies the property at a time. For corporate stays or events outside this rhythm, the concierge reviews requests case by case.

Which currency is used for billing?

Billing and payment are in euros. Amounts shown in other currencies in the simulator are indicative conversions only.
