Fourteen, not fifty
An incentive in a private villa targets a small circle: best clients, top sellers, strategic partners. For fifty people you need a hotel and a DMC. The villa is not sized for that, and pretending otherwise would waste your time.
One flight, one transfer
Figari is thirty-five minutes away and is Corsica's leading airport for business aviation. For a group arriving together, the €480 transfer package spares fourteen people the hire desk on an August Saturday.
June and September
Warm sea, a breathable island, mid-season rates: the budget gap with August exceeds €8,000 over the week, for a better stay. That is the trade-off made by organisers who come back.
The incentive trip, in practice
What kind of incentive does the villa suit?
Small, high-end formats: rewarding a circle of clients, a trip for top sales performers, thanking a partner. Fourteen people, the whole villa, no other group. For a fifty-person incentive you need a hotel — the villa is not the right tool.
What can be arranged on site and nearby?
On site: private chef, tastings, an evening in the private club, spa sessions. Nearby: a boat outing to the Lavezzi islands, diving, a walk in the Bavella needles, a tasting at the neighbouring Torraccia estate. The concierge assembles and books the whole programme.
What does a week-long incentive cost?
Accommodation for 14 over 7 nights runs from €11,987 in low season to €21,586 at peak, that is €856 to €1,542 per person for the week. Experiences, catering and transfers are added according to the programme chosen.
Are airport transfers included?
They are optional, at €480 for the package. For a group arriving on one flight into Figari — thirty-five minutes by road — a private transfer is usually simpler and often cheaper than several hire cars.
Can the villa be taken for a single night?
Standard rental is weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Outside high season the concierge considers shorter formats case by case; in July and August the full week is the rule.
Which period should be chosen?
June and September offer the best compromise: warm sea, a quieter island, mid-season rates. July and August give the high-season atmosphere, at twice the budget and with beaches saturated in the middle of the day.
