Executive committee seminar in a private villa, southern Corsica: up to fourteen participants, working spaces and complete confidentiality.
Your leadership team off-grid: focused working days, nights on site, decisions made in the calm.
The cinema converts into a screening room: screen, sound, and full darkness when needed.
Fourteen covers for plenary sessions, working lunches and closing dinners.
Terraces, low lounge and study: split into groups without leaving the villa.
Transfers from Figari, private chef, coach or speaker in residence: a single point of contact.
One group at a time, no live-in staff at night, no overlooking neighbours: sensitive matters stay with you.
The maquis, the silence, the sea below. You think more clearly, talk more openly, and leave aligned.
Logistics, catering, entertainment, transfers: one contact orchestrates it all.
The committee settles into the cinema room or around the long table. Screen, sound system, full blackout if needed, high-speed Wi-Fi across the property. Nobody comes in, nobody passes through: the villa takes one group at a time.
Breakout groups spread out: pool house, covered terraces, lounge, poolside. Four distinct working spaces without leaving the property — something no hotel offers without booking four rooms.
Dinner is served for fourteen, cooked on site if a private chef is engaged. Afterwards, the private club or the cinema room. That is where the things unsaid in session get said — the real reason for a residential seminar.
Fourteen participants, seven nights, low season: €11,987 all in for accommodation, or €122 per person per night. A four-star residential seminar hotel starts higher, without the exclusivity.
The villa has no fifty-seat plenary room, no technical control booth, no events team on site. For an extended committee or a convention, a seminar hotel does it better. We would rather say so before the quotation.
The weather holds, the island is quiet, flights to Figari are plentiful and the rate is low or mid season — €10,906 to €12,208 a week against €20,505 in August, when the heat works against a day of thinking.
14 participants with accommodation, in five bedrooms each with its own bathroom: nobody shares. That is the format of a full executive or management committee. Beyond twenty participants a seminar hotel remains the better fit — we say so plainly.
The cinema room serves as a projection room: screen, sound system, complete darkness. The lounge, the dining room seating fourteen, the covered terraces and the pool house take the breakout groups. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the property.
The villa takes one group at a time. No other guests, no passing traffic, no staff sleeping on site unless you ask for it. The property is enclosed across 5,300 m², with no overlooking. That is the substantive difference from a hotel meeting room.
For 14 participants over 7 nights in low season, full accommodation comes to €11,987, or €856 per person for the week. Meals, transfers and speakers are not included. The breakdown is on the Corsica seminar page.
Rental runs by the week, Saturday to Saturday. For a shorter format outside high season, the concierge considers requests case by case — write to us with your dates.
Yes. SCI TERRA DI FAMIGLIA issues an invoice in the company's name, with VAT. A detailed quotation precedes any commitment, and a technical dossier is available for procurement teams.
Tell us your dates and the number of participants — we’ll come back with a bespoke proposal.
