- Stay details (dates, number of guests, message) — to prepare a quote.
- Early-access consent — to send you availability, if you opted in.
Legal basis & retention
Processing relies on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted in line with legal obligations.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Villa Terra concierge and, where relevant, the marketing agency (BARNES Corse). It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to conciergerie@villa-terra.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
